SP 700 is not shown as an available WIFI printer

Our MCPrint 3 works great connected Bluetooth  but I need my kitchen printer working, too.
The SP700 is shown as a network printer on my laptop but not on my POS iPad.
The printer is connected to our Xfinity modem and both it and the POS station are on the same network. I see only the choice of a Bluetooth connection on the POS station.

Hey @JDShipley - Is the printer you have included in our Compatibility List by device? 

If so, what's the make of your printer and the type of connection so we can help troubleshoot - USB, Ethernet?
