Question regarding the PPP extension.

If we were to apply for the extension, our PPP funds would run out after 1 payroll or 2 extra weeks. Can we apply for the extension for only this amount of time and then apply for forgiveness? If so, what action would we need to take to extend the loan? Do we need to receive special approval for this? Can we be turned down? What is the proper procedure for this? Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions

I was going to merge your post to our LIVE Q&A post we're doing for PPP loan forgiveness but it's no longer accepting new questions since there were so many questions asked already.

I'd recommend keeping your eye out there June 23rd when our Capital team answers those questions there since your questions are probably already included in there.
