Processing transaction without zip code

The square system is down could not get a signal I captured the card by taking a picture of front and And back of credit card I did not get the ZIP Code how can I process the two $35 transactions

can o force the transaction

I appreciate you taking the time to give context to your issue. To process transactions manually, we do require all relevant card information to be entered for security purposes. This includes the full number. ZIP code, and CVV. The only suggested work-around here would be to reach out to your customers to confirm their ZIP code, if possible.

 

Going forward, if you encounter any issues while taking payments, we recommend opting into using Offline Mode. This allows you to process swiped and dipped payments and then upload them to our system once reconnected to WiFi.
