I am hoping someone can help me and point me in the right direction. I am not able to print a receipt to add to the shipping box from the dashboard. I do remember this as an option but now I can't seem to do it. Any guidance will be appreciated.

@Holistic_Chakra do you have our Square Online Store? If so, can you try going to Online Store > Orders and printing an order receipt from that page?

I was able to do it. I totally forgot that I need to do it from the online store, not the square dashboard!
