Policy acknowledgement checkbox at checkout or during appointment bookings

How can I add a policy acknowledgement checkbox at checkout or during appointment bookings?

 

I am running a spray tan business and I need clients to agree to my cancellation policy and terms & conditions of service when they book their appointment. 

 

How can I add my terms & conditions policy with a checkbox next to it saying the have read and agree to it before hitting “Book Appointment”?

Right now, you can make a cancelation policy for your customers to follow. Go to your Dashboard > Appointments > Payments & Cancelations. 

Each version of the Cancelation Policy has an option for you to add your own words or collect a pre-payment for your Appointments. 

 

Adding a check box to acknowledge that the policy has been read would be a Feature Request for the Appointments Product Team.

Is there any way to know if this need will be addressed soon, I recently joined Square and am so disappointed that I cannot require my clients to agree to "terms and conditions" as well as to the "no show policy" 

I cannot use Square for my business without this feature, every thing else looks amazing about Square but it seems people have been asking for this small change since about 2017 and it has not yet been implemented?? How can we know if it is coming in the near future or not? 

 

The strange thing is that when I signed up for square they had several different policies/ consents that I had to agree to before they would accept me as a client, it seems very odd that Square would see this obvious need for themselves but not make it available for the rest of the businesses out here.
