Payment US credit card and other countries

This is an American online store. If a customer has a U.S. credit card.
But live in another country, can they still make payments?

Yes you can accept payments even if they are in another country. Square can process any cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Union Pay, or Discover logo. Here is some more information about card acceptance.
