Does Square currently offer any kind of integration with BiteSquad?

Hey @Valentina, we're using Chowly to integrate third-party delivery orders from various platforms. However, we noticed that when a user is auto-logged out of Square (following a period of inactivity), third-party orders do not integrate and send to the kitchen until a user logs back on again. As you can imagine, it's important for us to maintain the integrity of each user's Square profile by enabling the auto-logout feature but also receive third-party delivery orders in a prompt manner. Do you know of a simple workaround for this? If not, may I submit a feature request for the same? Thanks!

What kind of device(s) are you running Square Point of Sale on, @porktaco?

You mentioned "each user's Square profile" - could you explain what you're referring to here? I want to make sure I understand what you're asking for.

Hey @Valentina, we’re using an iPad Pro and our Team Member’s log-in to the POS using a 4 digit pin code that is unique to their individual profile.
