Hi, we're looking at switching our site over to Square Online. Few things we are noticing.
Ordering Issues
For Building / User interface
Anyone have similar issues and know how to fix them? I especially want to get scheduled delivery orders so people can order catering for future dates, etc.. We also have lots of office workers in the area that like to pre-order days in advance and I could see them preferring to order from a 3rd party app for that reason.

HI, regarding the editor, initially it will seem limited options. Best advice is to click around the editor and become familiar with it. Add sections, add pages, add stories etc. Square has named the options differently than a normal provider. For instance, a blog is Stories. Each option or feature is within a different section which opens up different options for that section. It offers 12 different layout options for the main banner alone.
Load time is dependent on the internet and Square's busiest time of day. During their busiest time of day there is a known lag issue regarding inventory loading.
Screenshot below shows how many sections I have added on my Home Page alone. Each page can have unlimited sections to create as you wish.
