Square has a page dedicated to "dealing with customers who chronically pay late".

In that page they mention...
--and--
I'd like to do both of these. The most important one to me is to be able to offer discounts to early birds.
I want to send the invoice for the original amount, but if it's paid within a particular timeframe (e.g. 48hrs) then I'd like to apply a discount to the labor..
Square makes excellent suggestions on their page. But how do you do it using their software? I wasn't able to find anything in the forum. Any help is appreciated.

@MikeArsuaga - Great follow up question on this blog entry. To get going, while these are great suggestions, our invoice product doesn't support this functionality in an "off the shelf" sort of way. In order to change the price of an invoice, you would need to edit it, and then re-send it to your customer. You could start with the early bird price, and then edit it to the regular price when it's due. If they still haven't paid, you could edit it again to increase the price. Each edit and resend will trigger an additional notification email, so your customer will definitely be in the loop. Apologies for the confusion and hope this helps!
