I need to be able to turn off or opt-out of sending some of the notifications to my clients... but there is no option that allows me to do that. This results in my clients getting email and/or text messages for every little thing I change to their appointment (things they do not need to know).
I would like to turn off only specific ones, not all of them. Please let me know how this can be done. I would assume it isn't mandatory, as it is something that should be able to be customized, but I don't see where I can do that.

You can control which appointment notifications are sent to your customers and the content of each from your Communications page. Have you had a chance to check it out yet?
