Need to be able to release a document after invoice is paid

Can you expand on this a little?  Not sure what you mean by "release a document."  Do you mean send a receipt?

I would like for a document such as an inspection report to be released to the payer once the invoice has been paid.

I strongly support this feature also.  The product that I deliver to customers are reports that I generate. It is convenient to attach the reports to the invoices that I send. It would be helpful if the system would automatically release the attachments once the invoice is paid. With some customers, I have to wait weeks for payment.  This would be a great feature!!!!!!!
