Need help in Adding chat or talk now to website

Hi, I’ve been on the hunt for months to figure out how to add a chat now or call now “ live” button on the site. Obviously can’t be there all the time. Not 25/8 yet!

I realize this is a champagne request on a beer budget …& I don’t go into my other requirements/hopes for these buttons… but I guess just having them would be a great benefit for my business. 
Any suggestions would be helpful!
