Need assistance printing the payroll report

Trying to export a payroll report for 2019 payroll, the date range keeps defaulting to a single day and wont allow for a start and finish date to be unique.  Any help would be awesome.

Welcome @wendll,

 

When exporting a custom payroll report on a computer, you should be able to set the time frame you are looking for, then export. 

"To download a custom report:

  1. Visit the History tab of your online Payroll dashboard.
  2. Click “Export Custom Report”.
  3. Select a date range, employee(s), and the report type"

I would suggest to not have multiple windows of this history running. If it continues to happen, maybe try clearing your cache and cookies as a last resort.

Talked with my Team and they're thinking you're having browser issues. If you haven't already, switch to a support browser like Google Chrome Also, try zooming out of the page a little to view the entire calendar so you can see the place to enter a custom date range.
