Name associated with my account is wrong

I have no clue what happened, my square used to have my name on it. When I would get emails it would say *my name* your square report is ready. I recently noticed that the name has changed and it says my dads name?? I changed the bank account the money is sent to, but definitely never typed his name in anywhere. Is there something I can do to change this back to my name, or anyone with support contact info so I can talk to someone at square and figure this out?

This is strange. You actually aren't able to ever change the account holder name on the account so there's nothing that we could think of that would cause this to happen.

 

I wonder if a new account was accidentally made under his name and he made your email the email for the account he made and that's why it's doing this.

 

I'd recommend reaching out to our Support Team who can look into your account with you since we can't here from our online forums.
