My stand can't read the dYmo label printer

Any suggestion on how to connect the dymo label printer. The square stand doesn't recognize it.

Hey @Chaexpress, thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the confusion.

The DYMO Label Writer 450 is intended to print labels that can then be read by a supported bar code scanner. Find more details on connecting hardware to Square Stand in our Support Center.

If that doesn't help clear things up, our Support Team is available by phone or email. Feel free to reach out to them and they'll be able to go over specific setup questions! 🙂

What Tom means is that you need to use your Dymo barcode printer from your computer on the backend from squares website and *not* with your ipad/square stand.

@Jbctbb It sounds like you're using Square for Retail.

With Square for Retail to create and print labels you need to sign in to your online Square Dashboard (sign in to your account on a web browser) and then connect your Dymo label printer to your computer.

There isn't a way to print labels from your Stand at this time, very sorry for the confusion!
