Hello @4KsBoutique , that is frustrating, I am sorry the invoices aren't syncing over to Shippo!
For any issues with your integration, you will have to speak with them, Shippo and ShipStation directly. Although Square provides the integrations all technical issues do have to be investigated by them. If they are claiming it's on Square's end we will need a ticket number and the reason why it is. You can then reach back out to Customer Support at 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport. If there is no ticket number and explanation as to how our team has to fix this we will not be able to escalate this anywhere.
