I didnt receive my card reader in the mail and i looked at my email and went to track package. It said ETA was june 11 and today is june 15. And it says delivered. I havent received it so someone took it out my mailbox and used it. Im Im trg to see how to cancel it, and is there a way to dispute a transaction?

Sorry to hear that your reader is lost. Please contact our Customer Success Team so they can help you order a new reader. The number to call is 1 (855) 700-6000 - but you'll also need your customer code. To look up your code please go here.
If you would like to dispute a charge related to a Square Seller, we suggest that you do this with your bank or card institution. They will be your best resource.
