Loyalty - Manually added stars not saving in Dashboard

I just started my loyalty program back up from last season (I sell primarily at farmers markets) and have been going through and updating the stars of previous customers already in my database as well as new customers.

I can input the new customer just fine, but when I go into loyalty to give them the 1 or 2 stars they have earned (I was tracking manually), it will not save.  I've already logged out and back into Square and pulled the customers back up, and it shows they are still at 0/5 stars earned.  I'm using the most current version of Chrome on a PC.

 

I didn't have this problem when adding stars to existing customers, it's only affecting new people I just now added.

That sounds strange @doregan8! It sounds like you've already done some troubleshooting but if you haven't already can you also try clearing your browsing history

 

If you're still not able to add stars please make a note of the names and phone number numbers of 2-3 customers's you've enrolled but can't add stars to. Then call our CS team with those examples so we can escalate this to our engineering team.

Ack!  I never updated it!

I let it sit for 24 hours and then it worked no problem.  Must have been a small hang up since I just re-enrolled in the program.
