Logo size on website

I have a logo in the form of a PNG file with image dimensions of 3125x1806, but when I upload the logo to place in the header of the website, it's incredibly small, even with slider maxed out...how do I make the container for the logo larger so my logo is larger?  Thanks...

I appreciate the reply and I saw this help article, but it doesn't explain how to increase the allowable size of the logo...if I try to increase the size using the "edit" feature, the logo will get bigger but it gets cut off because the container for it won't resize...screenshot attachedenlarged.JPG

I tried different layouts for the header and it didn't work, it just moved the logo/container to different locations but with the same issue.  I'll keep trying...thanks for your help

Hi @BC3 , I am having the same issue. I see below in multiple screenshots that others have accomplished what you asked about, but no one was able to explain how it was done. I was wondering if you ever figured it out. I have yet to find the answer. Thanks!

So I'm in the process of setting up two different sites, one for myself and one for my mom's business. I have a smaller rectangular logo, and she has a very wide logo given her business name.

When adding each logo to the header section of square online, it displays normally until you try to scroll on the desktop version of the website in preview mode. When you scroll down the page, the header comes back into view and cart icons and text links appear normally, but the logo is non-existent. Is there some secret logo size that I need to know about to fit within a guideline that allows me to have the logo visible?

We are using the sticky header option.

Hey there, @getmyphoto

Check out this thread where another seller brought up a similar question when adding their logo to the website.

I went ahead and moved your post to this thread too!

HI @Kassi_ ,

Unfortunately, this is not the same issue that I'm experiencing. I've attempted to upload a 500px x 25px PNG of the company logo and it still disappears on scroll. Same as if I were to limit it to 1500x75px. Perhaps a screenshot will help in this situation to physically describe the problem I'm having.

This is the expected logo that appears at the top of the page at all times:

Normal BehaviourNormal Behaviour

And this is what happens when you begin to scroll through the page:

Here are the customize options that I have selected:

Hi @getmyphoto This looks like a possible bug. 🤔 I recommend reaching out to the support team directly so that a rep can confirm, and escalate as needed.

Hi I hope you got your issue resolved. I did notice that even though your issue is slightly different than the original post, that you appear to have done what she was looking to do, and also what I'm trying to do as well. If you look at the boundary box in her screenshot, it's a small rectangle and limits the size of her logo. In your screenshot, your logo is a wide rectangle and fully fits your logo. How did you accomplish this? I cannot find an answer anywhere in the forums. It's funny that they say it cannot be done, but I've now found others doing it successfully in their screenshots. Thanks!

I found a way to solve this!

Here's a tutorial that shows how to add custom CSS to Square.

With CSS you can make any custom designs and change any sizing on any screen size and more. I'll make sure to add an example to edit the logo size to my blogpost.  Feel free to get in touch if you'd like help with design edits.

I'm wondering if you ever found a solution to this problem. I've read your blog post, but I still don't understand how to override the default logo sizing.

I've tried various sizes, shapes, and layouts for my logo, but it is always too small.

Hi @a_blinkin,

Welcome to The Seller Community! Happy to have you join.

Our ecommerce team did some adjusting on the back end. Can you take a look and confirm for me if the issue is still going on?

Please let me know if I can further assist.

Has anyone ever solved this? I've got the same problem. No matter how I resize the image (prior to uploading to Square), it always resizes to the same size when dropping that image into the Header (on inspection looks to be about 140 x 140). I've tried the Edit Size slider, but that's already maxed. Just looking to find out how to make that Logo image larger in the Header section??

HELLO. not sure if you have figured it out here but i believe i found the resolution.   Square website logo dimensions can be max 2560x2560.    Put your logo into those dimensions. after doing so make sure it takes up as much space as possible then resize the dimensions (only change height or width not both.  one must remain at 2560) resize it so the logo fits the 2560x... perfectly then upload.
