Logo image size on marketing email campaigns and invoices

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to change the logo image size box for email campaigns and for the logo at the top of receipts and invoices that are emailed?  If not, what logo image size should I use so my logo isnt cut off?

I saw on another article that 200x200 pixels works well for the receipt logo.  The invoice logo may be a bit cut off though as it is a circular design.
