Labor & Tips report not reflecting correct payrates

I gave my employees a raise for 2022 and updated their hourly pay rate in the team section on Square.  I use Square for Retail.   The new pay rate is not reflecting in the timecard reports I pull now for payroll.  Did I miss a setting or is there something else I need to do to get the labor & tips report to use the current pay rate?
