KDS Recommendations With A Total Item Count / All Day View?

Hi, I'm looking at installing a KDS like Fresh or Square KDS for my restaurant. 

A critical thing our chef wants to see is an "All Day" view that shows a total count of each item across all the active tickets being fired. For example, with 8 active tickets, the KDS can show that there are "X number of salmons" or "Y number of french fries." This is so that each station does not have to manually count through every ticket for a mental head count. 

Does anyone have any recommendations on a Square compatible KDS that has this feature?

This would be considered a feature request for Square KDS at this time, but I definitely see how this feature would smooth out wrinkles in the kitchen. I'll drop by when we have news to share related to the availability of this feature via Square KDS ✨

Thank you for this, this is the most sought after feature our restaurants were looking for. We will be testing this out tomorrow for dinner service. We did notice a bug, after marking the very top item of a ticket complete, it cannot be recalled or unmarked.

Today we can only recall tickets, we cannot recall individual items.

Are you looking to recall individual items or are you stating that the ticket itself cannot be recalled, Austin?
