How do I get the deposit from money collected on the item link I made? It’s showing I have collected money but it hasn’t been deposited

could you explain a bit more?  did you sell an item online?  if so you have to mark the transaction as completed in your Orders page.  then the money will be deposited.

Hey @LeannRhodes1 - In addition to @VanKalkerFarms suggestion, I also recommend double-checking that your bank account is linked and verified within your Square Dashboard. Without linking a bank account, the funds will sit in your Square account.
