I created a trial square for retail account and then deactivated it to try just the square app. I would like to reactivate the square for retail app. Is there a way to do this?
Hello @Lilys! If you unsubscribed and kept your Square account open you can resubscribe by following these steps:
However, if you unsubscribed and also closed that specific Square account please call our Customer Success team. They can reactivate that account and then you can resubscribe to Square for Retail.
After your subscription has been reactivated you'll be able to use the app too!
