Is there a way to make a complete customer profile?

Hi 

My prepaid card customers do not automatically have a star put into their profile and I have to go in manually and add stars. Is there a way to make a complete profile for a customer?

To make sure that I fully understand your request, would you mind sharing some more details about your business & set up? Are you saying that when you create a customer profile, you'd like them to automatically get a loyalty star? Are you rewarding them for linking a card? Look forward to hearing back!

Hello

We are an espresso stand. We are using the loyality program ( we call them vip) and we also have prepaid cards. currently with some preapid cards it identifies them as needing a star, but for the most part I am manually searching their name and giving them a star. Same goes with the credit card payments, some automatically say that they have 4/10 stars after the card is swiped, (they are not punching in there phone number)  We have gathered the same info from the customers, name and cell number. So I'm not quite sure how the difference showed up in the profiles.
