Is there a way to enter vehicle number and mileage on a terminal so they receive it on receipt?

The Notes section of the Open Tickets feature won't print on any receipt, so that's not going to help you here.

What I would recommend is to create an item called Vehicle and another called Mileage. Add both of those to your ticket.

When you click on the item on the right hand "tape" side of the screen, a new item customization screen will pop up. There is a notes section on this screen, and anything you type there will show up on all printed and electronic receipts.
