We are a mechanic shop and when customers make appointments we need to find out the make model etc of their car and I can't find an option to add this to my services. Can someone help? Is it possible? If not this really should be as its making it a lot harder to use the system as then we end up having to contact the customer!
I have the same issue with needing specific questions answered for the appointment process and am disappointed that it is not available on Square. It doesn't seem like an issue they are addressing either.
