Is it possible to include a link in the receipt to a set of videos I am selling in my online store?
You can include a link, but I'm not sure if it would be active in emailed receipts. From your computer's Dashboard, click Account & Settings>Business>Receipt. Scroll down and there's a place for you to enter your business's web site - you could put your link there, or further down there's a space for custom text - you could also put it in there. In the custom text area, you could also include a short description of the site you're sending them to.

That's great! Is this receipt specific to this purchased item or will this be the receipt that will go out for all purchased items?
That's the receipt everyone will get, no matter what they purchase - both printed from your receipt printer and emailed.
did it work when you tried it? If you have more than one video, how does it work? I haven't made any videos yet, but will need to start doing that since my regular business is all in-person right now. This covid-19 is giving me the kick in the pants I must have needed to make these additions.
@CampAnewyou So sorry to hear that you're getting impacted hard through this craziness. You should be able to add multiple links with no issue under the "Custom Text" section from the Receipt page within your Dashboard.

I've added the link in the custom text but it's not working. The email notification I receive does not show the custom text at all. Is this the actual receipt that the customer receives?

Sorry to hear about the trouble with your confirmation emails!
Did you add the custom text by heading to Settings > Store Emails > clicking the “. . .” icon next to Order Confirmation and then choosing Edit Email? Let us know where you edited this from, a feel free to attach a screenshot of what your receipts look like so we can take a closer look.
