I'M WONDERING IF I CANCEL THE SQUARE APP SERVICE IF I WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE RECORDS FROM THE POINT OF SALE PURCHASES OR ON THE CALENDAR?
IF SO, FOR HOW LONG?
IF NOT, HOW MIGHT I RETRIEVE MY RECORDS IF I NEED TO IN THE FUTURE?

We'd be sad to see you go, but if you delete/deactivate your Square account, you will no longer have access to sales summaries unless you contact us to reactivate the account. Reactivating a Square account requires giving us a call, so keep that in mind too.
As an alternative, once you unsubscribe from any paid subscriptions with Square, you would only be charged per transaction. If you're not actively taking payments with Square, then keeping the account open to refer to previous sales records wouldn't cost you anything.
