Welcome to the Community, @justinkopf, thanks for writing in! 

At this time, it's not possible to only subscribe selected locations to a subscription, such as Restaurants. There's two options you could consider here. You could either create a new Square account for this location, or create the location on your existing account but use the regular Point of Sale app for this particular location. I can definitely see how having the ability to choose which particular location a subscription should apply to would be useful, and will pass this suggestion on to our team for consideration.

I will use the point of sale app but I think that you should make it so you can do that.
