Square doesn't directly offer custom email addresses. You would have to create one through their third-party website builder (I believe it is either Wix or Weebly). However, I personally recommend using Google Workspace (https://workspace.google.com/) and linking your purchased domain instead. That way, if you ever close your Square site, it does not take your business email address with it. Google Workspace is an add-on for most major website builders anyway and is sometimes cheaper to purchase directly through Google Workspace.
