I accidentally refunded a customers money thinking it was a current customers purchase

I accidentally refunded a customers money thinking it was another customers transaction. The initial customer had left and I don't have their contact information. How do I undue the refund mistake? I don't have the customers card or information any more.

I charged by mistake $350.00 when it was a total of $35.00, when I made the refund I did for the complete amount,  how can I get my money back, thank you

@MTKahuna and @Missy02 I'm sorry this questions slipped through the cracks! 

 

So, if you accidentally process a refund we currently do not have a way to cancel it from the App or Square Dashboard. You will have to re-process the transaction. 

 

If the customer was issued an email receipt our support team can reach out to the on your behalf. We will request the customer to contact you, so the funds can be processed.
