New to the scheduling and when it says "swap shift availability" on the square team app- the actual option isn't there. Anyone know where it is or why?

Thanks for reaching out! Happy to help.
If you’re using Team Plus, your team will also have the option to trade shifts with other members of the team if they’re unable to work due to a change in their availability or just prefer the hours of another shift. To do so, have the team member:
Log into the Team app > tap Schedule.
Use the date selector to choose the appropriate time frame for the schedule.
Tap the shift in question to open up the Shift details screen.
Tap Trade shift.
From the list of available shifts, select the shift that works best and tap Request trade.

I am not able to open a shift and request a trade from the app? is there a setting somewhere i am missing?
