How to stop a refund to a credit card

Square automatically issued a refund.  I was unaware I had to “completely the order and had I initiated a refund.  I need it to stop the refund.  How?

Once a refund is done it cannot be undone.  It sounds like you sold something online.  You need to mark orders as completed within a specified time period so that you will get your money deposited and the customer will know you shipped the item.
