Which report were you looking at currently? Was this through the Sales Summary section using custom reporting filters? Or were you referring to the order descriptions from the Online Store section that gets broken down by "completed" and "open" status?
There's not currently a way to customize reports to reflect those specific details the way that you're describing from the reporting tools themselves, but there might be some workarounds that we can try.

I'm looking at the Online Sales report, the one that is generated through the following steps:
From the main dashboard,
select Online Store,
select the location,
select Custom date range under Export Order Details
select download CSV.

Unfortunately there's not currently a way to customize the exportable sales reports at this time, and the best workaround that other sellers have mentioned using is to download other reports and combine them together to get the information you need.
Any changes to those style reports need to be done manually after downloading the preset report.
I can see how that would be helpful with your orders, so I'll let our Reporting team know it's something that you'd like to see or at least like to easily customize and build on your side.
