I would first check with Facebook/Instagram with their customer service or help articles. Even if you have a pixel setup and have your Square shop ready to go, Facebook can be VERY particular about selling on their platform and you'll have to make sure there isn't something that needs changed or address on your Facebook account first. Do you have a Business page on Facebook...or just a personal page? You need to have a Business page in addition to your personal Facebook page, and for Instagram you have to have your business verified to sell. There are also some restricted items that you may not sell on those platforms. Again, check with Facebook/Instagram to see if everything is okay on those platforms.
