This just started- customer gets a receipt and at the bottom it has the option to reply- I dont want customers replying bc they are sometimes ordering and we dont see it right away bc it's coming to my email or a notification on my square register. I've looked under customers, settings, loyalty and cannot find where we would disable that!

This is a new feature that I absolutely hate. We almost always cannot see a name associated with the receipt to try to answer a question about their order. Square CS told me I could not remove the feature.
