Do you have the receipt you are looking for? Do you know when the Transaction occurred?
If you have the receipt you can scan it, If you know when the transaction occurred you can look in your transaction history at the date/time of Transaction and at the bottom of the digital receipt you can see either visa, Amex etc. Cardholder or their name. If it shows a generic name there is no way to get their name, unless you entered it at the time of sale.
