How to disable owner from being bookable on Appointments booking site?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original:Editing Account Owner on Square Appointments

I am new to Square Appointments.  We give online music lessons.  I have my staff set up with bios listed.  I also show up on the staff, and as the Account Owner, I can't delete myself.  I am not one of the instructors.  How do I not have myself listed in my online store? Also, how do I eliminate myself as one of the "Staff"?

The owner's profile is in place by default and cannot be deleted. However, to hide yourself from being bookable by your clients on your booking site:

1. Visit your Appointments Dashboard. 
2. Click Staff and select owner's profile. From there, your profile file will expand to the right of your screen. 
3. Scroll down to disable Bookable by customer online.
