When a customer orders the same item the have previously ordered, is it possible to find the item in their tab and "reorder" rather than finding the item and ringing it in new? How would the "reorder" button be created?

Great question. We unfortunately don't have a "reorder" button or a button to quickly recall past orders. But this is a great feature request!
I'll make sure to flag this to our product team so they know this is something that is wanted by our sellers. I can see how it would be easy to use this when you've got a lot of regulars who don't like to stray away from their usual orders.

We also would find this incredibly useful at our bars where people routinely reorder a round of drinks.
Adding it to the ticket screen (where we can already click on previously ordered items and see the tax rate) would be huge for us.
Any word on when there will be a reorder button? It is probably a make or break feature for our busy bar.
