How to complete PPP application with unknown EIDL status?

Aloha. I'm trying to fill out the PPP application and it asks if you have received loan from the SBA. If you say yes it asks for amount. I have received an advance but haven't had any contact from them on my loan status. I called today and they said was another week and I should hear from someone but I don't want to wait too long and have the PPP run out of funding. 

Should I say no I haven't applied or received a loan from the SBA or should I say yes then guess the loan amount or put in 1000? It looks like the amount of loan offered raises if I put in an amount for the loan received vs saying no loan. 

Thanks for your help guys. Tried calling square and they aren't available today.
