How to charge proccesing fee for e gift card

Is there a way to charge a processing fee when a customer purchases an e gift card online

Pry a link i want to sell them online, so they would have that option If we are not at the front desk..but i want to charge them the processing fee..hopefully this makes sense;)

If you send customers your link to purchase an eGift Card, then no, you wouldn't be able to add a surcharge.

 

If you sold an eGift Card in-store, you could potentially add a surcharge or processing fee to the cart during checkout. You would have to discuss this with a tax professional though. Here's more information on surcharges.
