How to activate locations for gift cards?

I created a gift card for the store, but the system says "Your eGift Card order page won’t work until you activate the selected reporting location or choose one that’s already activated."


And the gift card link does not work, can anyone tell me how to activate it?

It doesn't look like this thread every received a definitive answer, but my guess would be that this previous account may not have been fully activated to accept credit card processing, which would negate ability to use gift cards as well. Either way, this looks to be an account-specific issue, meaning that we may need to get direct visibility. 

 

When you get a chance, would you mind flagging this over to our Support Team? They can take a deep-dive with you.
