Hi! Help!
One of our new employees processed a Visa gift card under Other Gift Card by mistake. The transaction shows a payment of $451.16, however the gift card information had not been entered yet. How do I reverse this? We do not use the Other Gift Card feature so I don't know the process.

Sorry to hear about this transaction. In this case, although the money was not collected it was still processed as a Visa gift card, so the system will add it to your net sales. There is no way to reverse this action so that it does reflect on your net sales. Wish there was more we could do in this case.
