How do i enter payment as a split ticket using 2 credit cards?

Need help to take payment as a split ticket

When you go to hit 'charge' on the POS in the upper corner you'll see 'split amount'.  Touch that and it will walk you through the rest.  It is a little clunky but not hard.  After the first charge it will take you to the receipt screen, which threw me for a loop as the sale isn't done but the customer can get a receipt for that portion, which is good.  Then it will say the balance at the top and you continue from there.  Same if you want to do part cash, part charge.

Once you hit 'Charge' on the Checkout screen, you'll go to the tender screen.  In the upper-right corner is a button labeled Split Amount.  Tap that and you'll be able to enter multiple payment types.  Here's a link to Square's page which explains the entire process.

As @cmusicshop mentions above, you'll get a receipt after each stage of the process, which was a bit of a surprise to us the first time it happened.
