I already have a cancellation policy set up, but it will not allow our clients to cancel their appointment through the confirmation text and email. It does not give them the option to cancel the appointment. How do I fix this?
Looking into this for you. When you customers get the confirmation text, it should have a link to go to the Appointment Details provided at the bottom of the text.
This will take them to the Appointment details, and the option to Book Another, Change Appointment, or Cancel Appointment should show up at the bottom of that window.
If you set yourself up for a test appointment, and don't see this as an option in the Appointment Details in your text confirmation, would you take a screen shot of it so we can have our Appointments team look closer into what is happening here?

Ah! I see.
Looks like you have a setting that probably needs to be turned on.
If you go to the Square Dashboard > Appointments > Calendar and Booking > and put a checkmark next to "Clients may reschedule or cancel their own Appointments"
This should turn it on for you! 😃
