How do I update my settings so that clients cannot choose to have the appointment at their location?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Services at Clients location or business location?

 

Hi,

 

I am currently setting up my business and I don’t know How to change the settings on my site so that there isn’t and option for when clients make an appointment to do their service at their location. I only do my services at my business location so how do I delete that option from my booking site?

Hey @ShearMAGIC5515, you can update this setting from your online Appointments Dashboard: 

  1. Sign in to squareup.com/dashboard > navigate to Appointments.
  2. Click Settings > Calendar & Booking.
  3. Under Where do you accept appointments? Select At my business.
  4. Click Save.

 

This way your customers will see your business location when they book an appointment - they won't be able to choose their location!

Why does square now give online booking customers the option to choose "their" location instead of only listing the business' location?  This is causing mass confusion amongst customers.  How do you remove this option from a service.
