Hey @Drop37, if you've ordered a free magstripe reader they usually arrive 7 to 10 days. After ordering your reader you should have received an email with shipping information and a link to track your reader. You can also track your reader from the Order Status section of your online Square Dashboard. If you need help with your order call our CS team.

How do I verify the location of my order? None of the call centers for DHL recognize the number on the page I see when I verify the status. I ordered in November, and I need it for this weekend. Very disappointing service.

I moved your post to one of the existing threads in the Community on card reader orders.

Check out @Helen 's answer above and if you need one for your event sooner than that timeframe- you should probably buy one in stores and the packaging will come with a code in it to get your $10 back if it's the free magstripe reader you ordered.
