How do I set up my iPad pro so it looks like the one in the video?

I like the way the iPad looks in the how to get started video with colored buttons in the upper left hand corner and buttons across the top with categories?  Item library on the side?

The screenshots you provided above are photos of a POS that is operating Square for Retail. 

Are you utilizing Square for Retail as opposed to regular Square Point of Sale?

I set up my dashboard for retail, but inadvertently set up my iPad for the regular POS.  Now it looks like the photos except I don't know how to get the buttons across the top front of the screen.
