I had a customer contact me saying she had received an e-gift card for a specific service. The only information I can find tells me the total purchase amount of the e-gift card, but not the items purchased on the card. Is there a way for me to see which items were purchased? I also didn't realize someone had even purchased the e-gift card. I would have loved to receive an email notification about the purchase.
To see items purchased on an eGift or Physical gift card, in your dashboard, go to the Gift Cards section. Your first screen will be a list of all GC transactions. Tapping on the line will open up a screen with all transaction information associated with that card. You can then tap on the receipt number and see the transaction.

I absolutely agree! If someone purchases a g/c online it sure would be nice to receive a notification that it happened!! Also, the online g/c process can be very confusing especially if someone wants to purchase online AND print it to give personally rather than have it delivered electronically! There should definitely be an option for the giver to do that!
